Four steps, and only the first one is yours
You create the organization inside the app. We set the plan with you. After that the portal does the rest.
Create it in the app
Pick I run an organization when you sign up, with a new account for the organization (your work email works best): name, kind (company, school or other), how many seats, yearly or half-yearly, and a contact email or phone. Two minutes. We reply within 2 working days.
We agree the plan
Seats and a term, set by us with you. The invoice appears in your portal with a How to pay box: the payment method we agreed with you (bank transfer, InstaPay or another) and the invoice number to quote. When you have paid, tap I’ve paid and add a photo of the receipt; we confirm it and switch you on.
You get a code
Once the plan is active, your organization has a code like ORG-7QK2MA. Share the code, or an invite link that opens Mashi with the code filled in.
You approve who joins
Each person enters the code and sends a request. Approve it on the People tab and they are Pro immediately. Remove someone and the seat frees up.
Seats and a term. That’s it.
We don’t publish a seat price, because the right number depends on how many people you have and for how long. Tell us the shape of your group and you’ll get a figure back, not a quote funnel.
- Yearly or half-yearlyBoth are one invoice, paid up front. Monthly isn’t offered — every invoice is handled by a person.
- A hard seat capYou can’t be billed for more than you agreed. Hit the cap and the app shows you who to free a seat from, or lets you ask for more seats in one tap.
- Top-ups are pro-ratedAdd seats mid-term and the extra invoice covers only the days left in your current year. The extra seats open as soon as that invoice is paid.
- Renewals come to youThe renewal invoice appears 30 days before your plan ends, with a reminder if it runs late. A change of seats at renewal applies from the next period. Your people keep Pro for seven days’ grace while a late payment clears; then Pro pauses (nobody is removed, nothing is deleted) and comes back the day it’s paid, with the new year starting that day.
- The organization account takes no seatYour organization gets its own login that runs the plan. It doesn’t take lessons and doesn’t count against the cap. Someone new taking over? We change the login email for you.
What the organization can see — and what it can’t
Your people are learners first. Everyone sees, before they ask to join, exactly what the organization will see about them.
- Seats used and paid-untilHow many of your seats are taken and when the plan needs renewing.
- Requests and membersWho has asked to join and who is in: name, email, age group and why they learn.
- ProgressEach member’s level, streak, lessons and recent quiz scores.

Want per-student reports and homework? That is the teacher portal. Teacher accounts are free and separate: a teacher account cannot take a seat in your organization, and students join a teacher with the teacher’s own join code.

Schools and universities
A department buys the seats; the teachers use the teacher portal for homework and reports. The syllabus is published before you commit.

Any group buying for more than one person. A diaspora community centre, a study circle, a church — the plan doesn’t care what you call yourselves.
